Ingredients

  • 6–8 ladyfingers

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 1/2 cup fruit (strawberries, banana slices, or mango)

  • Extra matcha powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. **Make Matcha Whipped Cream:**In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form.

  2. **Prepare Ladyfingers:**Break or roughly crush the ladyfingers into chunks.

  3. **Assemble Parfaits:**In a glass, layer:

A spoonful of ladyfinger chunks

  1. A layer of matcha whipped cream

  2. A few spoonfuls of fruit or red bean paste

  3. Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
