Matcha Blueberry Parfait with Ladyfingers Crumble
A layered dessert of creamy matcha whipped cream, crunchy ladyfingers and fresh fruit—an easy, elegant dessert that’s as fun to make as it is to eat!
Ingredients

6–8 ladyfingers

1 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp sugar or sweetener of choice

1 tsp matcha powder

1/2 cup fruit (strawberries, banana slices, or mango)

Extra matcha powder for dusting
Instructions

**Make Matcha Whipped Cream:**In a bowl, whisk heavy cream, sugar, and matcha powder until stiff peaks form.

**Prepare Ladyfingers:**Break or roughly crush the ladyfingers into chunks.

**Assemble Parfaits:**In a glass, layer:
A spoonful of ladyfinger chunks

A layer of matcha whipped cream

A few spoonfuls of fruit or red bean paste

Repeat layers until the glass is filled.
