Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts

These Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts come out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delicious garlic Parmesan seasoning that makes them completely irresistible. They’re ready in under 20 minutes and make the perfect healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

  2. Trim the ends of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

  5. Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

  6. Remove from the air fryer and immediately toss with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
