Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts
These Air Fryer Brussel Sprouts come out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with a delicious garlic Parmesan seasoning that makes them completely irresistible. They’re ready in under 20 minutes and make the perfect healthy side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.

Trim the ends of the Brussel sprouts and cut them in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl, toss the Brussel sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.

Air fry at 400°F for 12–15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.

Remove from the air fryer and immediately toss with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes. Serve hot.
