Ingredients

  • 1 pack party wings (about 1.5 lbs)

  • ½ cup flour (for coating)

  • 2–3 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning (for sauce)

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)

  • Garlic powder (to taste)

  • Onion powder (to taste)

  • Paprika (to taste)

  • ½ tsp chili powder (for flour mix)

  • ½ tsp lemon pepper seasoning (for flour mix)

Instructions

  1. Dry wings: Pat wings completely dry with paper towels (super important for crispiness!).

  2. Season: Sprinkle wings with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

  3. Coat: In a bowl, mix flour with chili powder and lemon pepper seasoning. Toss wings in seasoned flour until fully coated.

  4. Air fry: Place wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F for 25 minutes, flipping halfway.

  5. Make sauce: Melt butter and stir in 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning.

  6. Toss & serve: Coat hot wings in the lemon pepper butter, serve immediately, and enjoy!
